Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is under instructions to withdraw the instant writ petition as the petitioner intends to seek alternative statutory remedy available to it, in accordance with law, for the redressal of the grievances raised in this writ petition. Learned counsel also prayed that the period spent in pursuing the instant petition be excluded from the limitation period.

In view of above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is clarified that the period spent in pursuing this writ petition shall not be computed for the purpose of limitation. Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
