It is further submitted that the said judgment was also relied upon by a Coordinate Bench in “WP(C) 2824/2022” titled “Shahid Mehraj vs Union Territory of J&K and Ors.” Copies of both judgments are taken on record. Be that as it may, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the instant case.
