Through the medium of both the petitions filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioners seek quashment of FIR No. 0114/2022 registered at Police Station, Janipur, Jammu, for the commission of offences under Section 376/417/109 of IPC registered at the instance of respondent No. 2. 02. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that after investigation of the case registered vide impugned FIR, charge sheet have been laid, as such, he has instructions to seek withdrawal of both these petitions with liberty to raise all the issues before the learned trial court and to avail the legal remedy in case the cause survives. His statement is taken on record. 03. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, both the petitions are dismissed as withdrawn along with connected application/s with liberty to the petitioners to raise all the Regular List Serial No. 06 2 CRM(M) No. 861/2022 c/w CRM(M) No. 974/2022 points raised in these petitions before the learned trial court and also to avail legal remedy in case the cause survives. 04.
