Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition is covered by the judgment of this Court in CWP No.8168 of 2023, titled Surinder Kumar versus State of Himachal Pradesh and others, decided on 05.12.2024. He further prays that the petitioner be allowed to approach the Authority afresh by way of a representation with direction to the Authority to decide the case expeditiously. 2. As prayed for, this petition is disposed of with the direction that in the event of the petitioner filing a representation qua the reliefs prayed for in this petition to the Authority within two weeks from today, then, the same be decided by the Authority within six weeks as from the date of receipt thereof, in light of the averments made therein as also the judgments referred to therein.
