CMP No.8847 of 2026 No reply is intended to be filed on behalf of the non-applicant/appellant. Non-applicant/appellant has no objection, if in case the amount, as is being prayed to be released, is ordered to be released in favour of the applicant. In the instant case compensation awarded on account of death of husband of the applicant. In the application, it has been averred that on account of compensation an amount of Rs.34,40,640/- had been deposited in the Registry of the Court. Out of the aforesaid amount, vide order dated 07.03.2023, Rs.10,29,692/- have already been released in favour of the present applicant. Further it has been averred in the application that the total amount of compensation remaining lying deposited in the Registry of the Court is Rs.24,25,948/-. The applicant is a widow, who is stated to be in dire need of money to meet her day-to-day expenses. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, application is allowed. The 25% of the compensation amount lying in the Registry of the Court along proportionate interest accrued thereupon, is ordered to be released in favour of the applicant. Amount be remitted to the bank of account of the applicant, detail whereof has been appended along with the present application, subject to proper verification of her identity.
