Case No. 337-D/2010, this Court is not inclined to issue any further direction. 4. It is open for the Petitioner to file appropriate application seeking execution of the order dtd.31.08.2017 so passed in W.P.(C) No. 4269 of 2017. 5. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of.
