Learned counsel for the petitioners appearing in above mentioned petitions submits that these petitions have been rendered infructuous with efflux of time. 2. Disposed of. Learned counsel for the petitioners in all these connected petitions submits that relief bearing Nos. i and ii though have been rendered infructuous with efflux of time but the relief sought by the petitioners for commanding the respondents to place the petitioners in the pay grade of Rs. 3200 on the analogy of the pay grade granted to the GRS of Himachal Pradesh still survives. 4. In Para ‘16’of the writ petition, the petitioners have laid the foundation for the relief sought by them as mentioned above. Interestingly, the official respondents though have filed response but have chosen to remain silent with regard to specific claim made in Para ‘16’ of the petition. 5. In view of the above and with consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the present petitions are disposed of by directing the official respondents to consider the claim of the petitioners for placing them in the pay grade of Rs. 3200/- on the analogy of the GRS appointed in Himachal Pradesh and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. Needless to say that this Court has not examined the merits of the claim of the petitioners and this Court is sanguine that the official respondents shall pass appropriate orders within a period of three months from the receipt of this order. 6.
