ORDER 01-06-2026 Perusal of the minutes of proceedings reveals that nobody has been appearing in this case on behalf of the petitioner for two consecutive dates of hearing. Today also when the matter was called out for hearing, none has appeared on his behalf. It seems that the petitioner has lost interest to prosecute his case. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated. (Sanjay Dhar) Judge SRINAGAR 01-06-2026 Showkat Khan
