“Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated 23.12.2025 alongwith office order of even date and on that basis submits that the judgment in question stands complied with qua petitioner No.1. Learned Additional Advocate General, however, prays for and is allowed five days’ time for placing on record instructions qua implementation of the judgment in respect of petitioner No.2. List on 08.01.2026.”
