None for respondents No.5 & 6. CMP No.32985 of 2025 The present application, in the case at hand, has been filed on behalf of respondents No.2 and 3/applicants, namely Anjana and Yoginder. Previously, vide order dated 10.10.2023, an amount of Rs.6,00,000/- has been released in favour of four applicants, i.e., respondents No.1 to 4, in the appeal. No reply is intended to be filed on behalf of the non- applicants. The non-applicants have no objection, if in case the present application is allowed and the amount of Rs.3,00,000/-, i.e., Rs.1,50,000/- each along-with up-to-date interest lying deposited in the Registry of this Court, is ordered to be released in favour of the applicants. Other than the aforesaid, for the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and and the amount of Rs.3,00,000/-, i.e., Rs.1,50,000/- each along-with up-to-date interest lying deposited in the Registry of this Court, is ordered to be released in favour of the applicants. The same be remitted in the bank accounts of the applicants, detailed in Paragraph-5(a) and 5(b) of the application, subject to proper verification of their identities. However, the aforesaid release is subject to the condition that in the event of appeal being decided in favour of the appellants, the amount so released shall be refunded along-with interest accrued thereupon.
