Narain Dass Chauhan versus Asha & Another Civil Suit No.126 of 2022 02.03.2026 Present: Ms. Kusum Chaudhary, Advocate, for the plaintiff. Mr. R.S.Chandel, Advocate for the defendants. OMP No.1283 of 2025 By way of the present application, indulgence of this Court has been sought to permit the plaintiff to take the steps for summoning the witnesses. In this case, issues were framed on 29.02.2024, by directing the parties to take steps within 15 days from the date of the order. It has also been clarified that in case the steps are not taken within the stipulated period, no assistance shall be given to the defaulting party. Neither the plaintiff nor defendants have taken the steps. Now, the present application has been filed to permit the plaintiff to take the steps. Considering the factual position, mentioned in the application, the application is allowed. Let the steps be taken within a period of 15 days from today.
