This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- “It is therefore, humbly prayed that this Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to allow the Writ Application and pass an order(s)/direction(s) to the Appellate/Competent authority for sanction of actual compensation as per Bench mark valuation of land vide Khata No.471, Plot No.1792, Area-Ac.0.36 dec., Plot No.1799, Area-Ac.0.51 dec., and Plot No.1824, Area- Ac.0.74 dec. affected construction of Mahanadi Bridge Approach Road under Public Works Department, Govt. of Odisha, Bhubaneswar within a stipulated time frame; And pass such other order/orders and direction/directions as this Hon’ble Court may be deemed fit and proper. And for which act of kindness, the Petitioner shall as in duty bound, ever pray.” 3. From the order-sheet, it appears that none appeared on behalf of the Petitioners when the matter was taken up on 12th November, 2025. Thus, in order to provide another opportunity to the Petitioners, the matter was adjourned to be listed on 12th December, 2025. On the said date, the matter could not reach. Hence, it was adjourned to be listed today. 4. Since none appears for the Petitioners to pursue the matter, this Court feels that the Petitioners have lost interest in pursuing the writ petition. 5.
