This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. 2. None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call. 3. Mr. Parhi, learned Senior Advocate and DSGI along with Ms.Sahoo, learned CGC is present on behalf of GAIL. 4. This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- “It is, therefore, prayed that your Lordships may graciously be pleased to admit the writ petition, call for the records, issue Rule NISI in the nature of Writ of Certiorari/Mandamus calling upon the Opp. Parties, specifically the Opp. Party No.3 to show-cause as to why the order / notice of acquisition of the land i n question dated 23.12.2021 vide Annexure-4 shall not be set aside / quashed on consideration of the objection of the petitioner vide Anneuxre-3 in its proper prospective. And in the event the Opp. Parties fail to show cause or show insufficient cause, the said Rule be made absolute, the order / notice of acquisition of the land in question dated 23.12.2021 vide Annexure-4 be set aside / quashed on consideration of the objection of the petitioner vide Anneuxre-3 in its proper prospective; And may pass such other writ /writs, order /orders, direction/directions, as deem fit and proper; And for this act of kindness, the petitioner shall as in duty bound remain ever pray.” 3. It appears from the order dated 12th November, 2025 that since none appeared for the Petitioner on that date, this Court directed to the Registry to issue notice to the Petitioner by Speed Post with A.D. 3.1. As per office note, the tracking report enclosed to the brief discloses that the item has been delivered to the Petitioner. Thus, notice on the Petitioner is treated to be sufficient. 4. Since none is present to pursue the writ petition, the same is dismissed for non-prosecution. 5. Interim order dated 24th June, 2022 passed in I.A. No.7751 of 2022 stands vacated. (K.R.
