In terms of an order dated 19.09.2022, this Court allowed the investigation to proceed but filing of Final Police Report/Challan to be done only by an order to said effect to come from this Court. 2. FIR assailed in the petition is dated 24.08.2022 for alleged commission of offences under sections 353 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per order dated 26.11.2025, the investigation of the case is still said to be under process. 4. This Court disposes of this petition with a direction to SHO, Police Station Shaheed Gunj, Srinagar to conclude the investigation within a period of two months from this date and come up with the Final Police Report, be it in the form of challan or closure report as the investigation may lead to before competent criminal court of law. 5. The timeline hereby granted is non-extendable. 6. A copy of this order be forwarded to SHO, Police Station Shaheed Gunj, Srinagar for notice and compliance. 7. Disposal of this petition in the aforesaid manner shall not prejudice the right of the petitioner to come forward with a fresh petition in case the presentation of the Police Report/Challan comes to take place booking him for trial whereas in the event of a Closure Report the concern of the petitioner would stand addressed on its own. 8.
