Mr. Eishaan Dadhichi, learned Government Advocate has not disputed the submission made by Mr. Khanna that no opportunity of hearing was afforded to the petitioner before cancelling the bail. 3. In view of the above, the order dated 29.06.2022 is set aside and the matter is remitted to the learned trial court and the learned trial court is directed to pass fresh order in the application filed by the public prosecutor for cancellation of bail after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 4.
