While the matter was being argued, Mr. Jehangir Ah. Dar, learned GA appearing on behalf of the respondents, draw the attention of this Court to the interim order dated 31.12.2022. A perusal whereof reveals that the Court had directed that the respondents shall be well within their rights to consider the claim of the petitioner for the purpose of ordering release of the admitted amount of liability, in case there is no other disentitlement against the petitioner for claiming the said admitted liability of Rs. 06,90,900/- (Rupees six lakhs ninety thousand nine hundred only. 3. Since the admitted liability to the tune of Rs. 06,90,900/- has been released, the writ petition, according to Mr. Jehangir Ah. This may be the reason that there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner in the instant matter. 4. In light of the statement made by Mr. Jehangir Ah. Dar, learned GA, nothing remains to be adjudicated. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of along with all connected applications. (WASIM SADIQ NARGAL) JUDGE Srinagar 29.04.2026 Sakeena
