Petitioner, in this CONTC, alleges non-compliance of order dated 25th April, 2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.6777 of 2022. This Court while disposing of the writ petition directed the Tahasildar, Jharbandh to take steps to comply with order dated 6th October, 2025 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Settlement and Consolidation, Sambalpur in R.P. Case No.1817 of 2014 within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of the said order. 3. Mr. Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel produces a copy of the written instruction imparted by the Tahasildar, Jharbandh stating that the RoR in respect of the case land has already been corrected in the name of the Petitioner, namely, Rajapati Pradhan. 3.1. A copy of the said RoR is also enclosed to the written instruction. The copy of the written instruction so filed is taken on record. 4. In view of the above, the CONTC is disposed of with an observation that the Tahasildar, Jharbandh should supply the copy of the corrected RoR to the Petitioner within a period of three weeks hence. 5.
