For the reasons stated in the application coupled with what has been argued by learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner, the same is allowed. The compromise deed/agreement enclosed with the application is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. 03. CM is, accordingly, disposed of. WP(C) No. 357/2022; 04. Learned counsel for the parties submit in unison that the parties have amicably resolved the dispute involved in the instant petition and compromise deed/agreement to this effect has also been placed on record by virtue of CM No. 1765/2026. In view of the above, since the parties have amicably resolved the controversy involved, nothing remains to be adjudicated any further in the instant petition.
