01. This is an application for placing on record the compromise deed/agreement arrived at between the parties.
02. For the reasons stated in the application coupled with what has been argued by learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner, the same is allowed. The compromise deed/agreement enclosed with the application is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions.
03. CM is, accordingly, disposed of.
WP(C) No. 357/2022;
04. Learned counsel for the parties submit in unison that the parties have amicably resolved the dispute involved in the instant petition and compromise deed/agreement to this effect has also been placed on record by virtue of CM No. 1765/2026. The statements of the parties in this regard have also been record before the Registrar Judicial of this Court.
05. In view of the above, since the parties have amicably resolved the controversy involved, nothing remains to be adjudicated any further in the instant petition. The same is, accordingly,
disposed of as settled along with all connected CM(s).
