In course of hearing it is submitted by Mr. Jena, learned counsel on behalf of the petitioner that his representation under Annexure-10 is pending before opposite party no.4, i.e. the Principal Secretary to Government of Odisha, GA & OG Department regarding application of O.C.S.(R.A.) Rules, 1990. In his representation the petitioner has prayed for consideration of his case invoking the power under Section 7 of OCS (RA) Rules, 1990. In such circumstances Mr. Jena prays that a direction to consider his representation by opposite party no.4 may serve the purpose. 3.
