Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that parties entered into a compromise in the mediation process, whereby they decided to withdraw their respective cases against each other. The settlement agreement was filed in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Rajouri.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he seeks to withdraw the present petition in the light of the aforesaid mediation settlement agreement between the parties executed on 08.12.2025 at Rajouri. Statement is taken on record. Sr. No. 10

05. In view of the above, present petition is dismissed as withdrawn along with connected application(s).
