ORDER 16-04-2026 The petitioner, through the medium of the instant petition, has challenged impugned order of detention dated 10th of November, 2022 issued by the District Magistrate, Baramulla, whereby the petitioner was subjected to preventive detention with a view to prevent him from indulging in the activities which are prejudicial to the maintenance to the public order. At the time when the petition was filed on 22nd of November, 2022, the petitioner had already been detained. Therefore, by now the impugned order of detention has outlived its life and it appears that, for this reason, the petitioner is no longer interested in prosecuting the present petition. Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
