06. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
3. The Petitioners have filed the present Writ Petition
with the following prayer:-
“Under the aforesaid
facts and circumstances of the case matter, it is therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to: (i) direct/
order the Opp. Party-State Authorities, especially the Opp. Party No.1 to regularize the services of the Petitioners w.e.f. the dates they have completed 6(Six) years of contractual service with all service, consequential and pecuniary benefits in accordance with law; (ii) pass such other order(s) or issue direction(s) as may be deemed fit and proper in the bona fide interest of justice.”
4. Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, petitioners are
directed to make individual fresh representation before the Opposite Party No.1 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of their claim, if any, within a period of three (3) weeks hence.
5. It is observed that if such individual representation is filed within the aforesaid period, Opposite Party No.1 shall do well to dispose of the representation within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of such representations. The decision so taken by the Opposite Party No.1 be communicated to the Petitioners within that time.
6. Since it is contended that the issue is covered by a
judgment passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.30847 of 2025 and batch, it is observed that while considering petitioners claim, relevancy and effect of the said
judgment be taken into consideration, if it is applicable to the facts of the present case. However, it is observed that no such joint applicable will be entertained henceforth.
7. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
