01. Nobody had appeared on behalf of the petitioners on the last two consecutive dates of hearing and same is the position today. It seems that the petitioners have lost interest in prosecuting the matter.
02. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
03. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.

04. This contempt petition arises out of the interim order dated 04.08.2021 passed in WP(C) No. 1530/2021. Since the main Regular List Sr. No. 64
