02. On the last date of hearing also, nobody had appeared on behalf of the petitioners. It seems that the petitioners have lost interest in prosecuting the present writ petition. Accordingly, the same is dismissed for non-prosecution along with connected application(s).

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that wages, due to the petitioners, have already been released in their favour. In any case, since the main writ petition stands dismissed for non- prosecution, as such, interim order dated 16.12.2022 stands vacated. Thus, contempt proceedings do not survive and are closed accordingly.
