The present petition has been filed seeking implementation of interim order dated 16.12.2022, whereby the Serial No. 47 Regular List 2 WP(C) No. 2706/2022 c/w CCP(S) No. 101/2023 respondents were directed to accord consideration to the release of pending wages of the petitioners. 04. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that wages, due to the petitioners, have already been released in their favour. In any case, since the main writ petition stands dismissed for non- prosecution, as such, interim order dated 16.12.2022 stands vacated. Thus, contempt proceedings do not survive and are closed accordingly. 05. Disposed of.
