By means of this application, the Petitioner seeks the following relief: “It is , therefore, humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue Rule Nisi calling upon the Opp. Parties to show cause as to why a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ(s) shall not be issued to quash the proceeding in OPP Case No.10 of 2022 as well as the order dtd.15.07.2022 passed by the Estate Officer, Koraput under annexure-4 series and further be pleased to direct the opp. parties to settle the land in favour of the petitioner in respect of plot situated near Stadium Complex, Khata No.125/45 in mouza- Kumbha-I under Koraput Tahasil an d restrain to interfere the possession of the petitioner situated in respect of plot in Khata no.125/45 in mouza-Kumbha-I under Koraput Tahasil in the district of Koraputa and upon perusal of causes shown in case of the insufficiency, this Hon'ble Court may make the said rule absolute and may pass such other order/orders as deemed just and proper” 3. Having regard to the provisions contained in the OPP Act, the Petitioner is required to file his objection before the competent authority in accordance with the procedure prescribed under the statute. However, considering the fact that the notice was issued on 15.07.2022, it is likely that the matter may have progressed in the meanwhile. Be that as it may, if any cause of action still survives, it is open to the Petitioner to file his objection before the appropriate authority in accordance with law. 4.
