No. 42, Sector-1A, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu is appointed as sole Arbitrator. Registry to forward the copy of this order to the sole Arbitrator, who shall, upon receipt of the copy of this order, enter upon the reference and proceed in the matter after putting the parties to notice. Needless to say that the fees of the sole Arbitrator shall be governed by the Fourth Schedule of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.
