Status report stands filed by the respondents, wherein it has been stated that during the course of investigation, Investigating Officer visited the place of occurrence and recorded the statements of the complainant and some of the eye witnesses and on the basis of the said statements of the complainant and the eye witnesses, offence under Section 498-A has been proved only against Zahid Ahmed Khan S/O Nazir Hussain i.e. petitioner No. 13, who happens to be husband of the respondent No. 3 and except him no offence has been established against any other person mentioned in the FIR. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners has very fairly submitted that the present petition be disposed of and the petitioner No. 13 be permitted to raise all the pleas as raised in the instant petition before the learned trial court in the event charge-sheet is filed. 3.
