Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the judgment has been implemented only in part but the compensation has not been disbursed to some of the petitioners. Sr. No. 11 2 2. Ms. Monika Kohli, learned Sr. AAG submits that the compensation could not be disbursed because the funds were not provided by the Government of India. 3. In view of the above, eight weeks’ time is granted to respondent nos. 3 and 4 to do the needful, failing which, appropriate orders shall follow. 4. List on 07.07.2026. CCP(D) No. 1/2022 1. Ms. Monika Kohli, learned Sr. AAG has submitted that communication dated 25.03.2026 is posing hindrance for implementation of the judgment passed by this Court, notwithstanding the fact that some of the petitioners in other petitions have been disbursed the compensation. 2. In view of the above, the respondent-Collector is directed to disburse the compensation in favour of the petitioners in accordance with the judgment. 3. Disposed of.
