Standing Counsel, O/o The Advocate General, Odisha, Cuttack in the Court, which be kept on record. This office letter No- 475 dtd. 13.08.2025. Madam/Sir, In response to the letter on the subject cited above, this is to bring your kind notice that Land Acquisition Appeal No-18/2022, challenging the judgement/award dtd. 17.03.21 passed by the Presiding Officer, LA R & R Authority (N.D.), Sambalpur in L.A. Case No-27/2019, has been filed before the Hon9ble High Court, Odisha, Cuttack and is currently under consideration. Since, LAA No- 18/2022 is subjudice, the judgment dtd 17.03.2021 of the presiding officer, LAR&R Authority, Sambalpur in LA Case No-27/2019 has not been implemented and remains pending. As regard, the orders dtd. 26.11.2025 of the Hon9ble High Court, Odisha, Cuttack, it is humbly submitted that the land acquisition of the appellant9s land in vill- Gobindpur has been made vide Notification No.29092 dtd. 20.09.2016 u/s 11(1) of RFCTLAR&R Act. Similarly, the land of Jyotsnarani Chhotray, Lambodhar Jena, Karuna Patra & Nisamani Pattanaik have been acquired under Rengali Right Canal System in the same village under the same notification & project. They have been paid Land acquisition compensation at the enhanced rate as per the order of the learned presiding officer, LAR&R Authority, (ND), Sambalpur in LA Reference Case No. 26/2019, 27/2023, 23/2023 & 28/2023 respectively. In view of such instruction received from the Office of the Zone Officer, Zone-III, Rengali Right Canal System, Dhenkanal, the Appeal stands dismissed. 4. Accordingly, the State-Appellant is directed to implement the judgment dated 17.03.2021, passed by the learned LAR & R Authority, (Northern Division), Sambalpur in L.A.
