It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that his name has been wrongly mentioned in the cause list as P.K. Behera instead of P.R. Behera. 2. It is directed that name of learned counsel Mr. P.R. Behera shall be indicated in the cause list as well as case brief. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks two weeks’ time to take steps for filing of I.A. seeking condonation of delay. Prayer is allowed. 4. The matter shall be listed ‘For Orders’ in the week commencing 06.04.2026.” 2. Today the matter being in the list is mentioned at the beginning of the day’s proceeding. Memo of date is filed by the learned counsel for the Petitioner which states thus: “In the above-noted case the petitioner does not wants to proceed further with the case and Amit seek leave of this Hon’ble Court to withdraw the same.
