The present petition is filed against the non-compliance of the order dated 13.04.2022 passed by this Court in WPS No. 4608/2015, whereby this Hon’ble Court has held that the petitioner would become entitled for seniority from the date his absorption in the instant case i.e. 10.12.2007 onwards and that is the date from which respondent No. 2 have absorbed the service of the petitioner. The petitioner would also become entitled for all consequential benefits as a result of rectification all the gradation list showing petitioner’s seniority w.e.f. 10.12.2007. 2. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that the order in question has been complied with. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner agreed with the submissions made by the counsel for respondent No. 2. 3.
