By means of this application, the Petitioners seek the following relief:- “The petitioners, therefore, pray that Your Lordship's may graciously be pleased to admit the writ application, call for the records and after hearing the parties and allow the same and issue a writ in the nature of Certiorari/Mandanus or any other or further writ/writ(s), direction/directions directing the opp.party no.3 Tahasildar Jaleswar to stop unauthorised construction and evict the encroachers from Govt. land Kissam "Gharabari" having Khata No.379 pertaining to Plot No.1248 in Mouza Rajnagar under Tahasil, Jaleswar in the district of Balasore for the interest of justice, otherwise the petitioners will be seriously prejudiced.” 2. Learned counsel for the Petitioners, in course of the hearing in the application, drew the attention of this Court to the Annexure-2, wherein a representation has been made by the Petitioners for consideration of their prayer for settlement of the land in their respective possession. 3. While not passing any opinion on merit of the case, and in the absence of any serious objection from the learned AGA, considering the innocuous prayer of the Petitioners, the Opp. Party No.3, i.e. the Tahasildar, Jaleswar, P.O./ P.S.- Balasore, is directed to consider the representation of the Petitioners dated 17.11.2022 ( if the same has not already been considered or if no further action has been taken with regard to eviction of the Petitioners from the case land) in accordance with law and dispose of the same within a period of three months and to communicate the result thereof within two weeks thereafter. 4.
