Case No. 25 of 2022 pending in the Court of the learned J.M.F.C., Erasama till the next date. This interim has been extended on 14.02.2023 and 14.03.2024. 4. In view of the memo, the CRLMC is dismissed as withdrawn. 5. Interim orders passed earlier stand vacated. 6. Copy of this order be communicated to the learned J.M.F.C., Erasama. 7.
