Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the grievances project in the writ petition, he has made various representations to various authorities of State but till date the same has not been decided and seeks permission from this Court to decide the same as earliest. 3. Not opposed by the respondents. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and peruse the record. 5. Be that as it may, apart from the representations submitted by the petitioner, he is permitted to make a fresh representation to respondent Nos. 1 & 2 / Competent Authorities within 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. On such representation having been made, the respondents Nos. 1 & 2 / Competent Authorities shall decide the same within further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of representation in accordance with law. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed anything on the merits of the case. 6. With these observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
