2 (i) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to pay and release dues amount of salary during medical leave i.e. since October 2012 to date of voluntary retirement 31.03.2013 (6 months) and also to pay salary of June 2011 with 18% interest within stipulated time, e, in in the interest of justice. (ii) Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the grievances project in the writ petition, he has made various representations to various authorities of State but till date the same has not been decided and seeks permission from this Court to decide the same as earliest.
3. Not opposed by the respondents.
4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and peruse the record.

Be that as it may, apart from the representations submitted by the petitioner, he is permitted to make a fresh representation to respondent Nos. 1 & 2 / Competent Authorities within 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. On such representation having been made, the respondents Nos. 1 & 2 / Competent Authorities shall decide the same within further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of representation in accordance with law. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed anything on the merits of the case.
