Mr. Prasanta Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for OPNo.1 submits that pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 18.02.2021 in W.P.(C) No. 3146 of 2021, the authority has already complied the aforesaid order. To that effect, Mr. Mishra produces the written instruction in Court today received from the Director of Horticulture, Odisha, Bhubaneswar. The written instruction be taken on record. 5.
