The said I.A. was filed under section 26 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 seeking modification of the order passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Jajpur in I.A. No.13 of 2020 by allowing the petitioner to visit his son who is aged about seven years residing with the mother who was the Opp. Party No.1. 3. The matter was presented on 20.07.2022 and was listed on 29.08.2022 for changing the nomenclature. 4. Today, at the beginning of the proceeding, the matter being in the list was mentioned.
