The present petition has been filed against the impugned order dated 07.11.2022 (Annexure P/1) whereby petitioner’s representation for grant of promotion to the post of Assistant Director Horticulture has been rejected. 2. Today, both the parties filed compromise application stating that the petitioner has been promoted and as such, no grievance remains to be redressed. 3. In that view of the matter that contesting parties to this petition have amicably settled/compromised the dispute. We have also found that the terms and conditions of the compromise/settlement arrived at between the contesting parties are just, proper and legal and hence are acceptable. We accordingly accept the compromise/settlement, proposed by the parties. 4. A copy of this compromise/docket arrived at by the parties be made part of this record. 3 5. Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of.
