Today, both the parties filed compromise application stating that the petitioner has been promoted and as such, no grievance remains to be redressed. 3. In that view of the matter that contesting parties to this petition have amicably settled/compromised the dispute. We have also found that the terms and conditions of the compromise/settlement arrived at between the contesting parties are just, proper and legal and hence are acceptable.
