Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the proceeding before the permanent lok adalat is concluded and now the present writ petition is become infructuous.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the official website portal shows that the case before the permanent lok adalat is disposed of, but while disposing of the present writ petition, liberty may be reserve to him to revive the prayer if the occasion so arises.
