The petitioner has filed this petition seeking following relief (s) : “(a) To call for the records pertaining to the petitioner for kind perusal. (b) To direct Respondent no.4 to issue the probation completion certificate as well as last pay certificate in respect of the services of the petitioner as Food Inspector. (c) To direct the Respondent no. 4, 3 and 1 to take appropriate steps for grant of correct pay scale and revised salary with arrears to the petitioner within stipulated time and decide his representation. (d) Cost of the present petitioner may also be awarded. (e) Pass any other further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice.” 2. Mr. Shukla, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that initially, the petitioner was appointed on the post of Food Inspector pursuant to order dated 17.12.2007, thereafter, he was appointed to the post of Sub-Registrar vide order dated 12.02.2015. Mr. Shukla would contend that the petitioner participated in the examination and was appointed to the post of Nayab Tehsildar at District Raipur on probation for a period of two years vide order dated 20.07.2016. Mr. Shukla would further contend that though the probation completion certificate has already been issued to the petitioner on 08.12.2022, but till date, service benefits such as proper pay scales, increments etc. have not been extended. He would submit that the respondent authorities may be directed to consider the claim of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law. 3. On the other hand, Mr. Singh, learned Panel Lawyer appearing for 3 the State/respondents would oppose the submission. 4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the record. 5. Taking into consideration the limited grievance raised by the petitioner, this petition at this juncture is disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to make a representation before respondent No.1 within a period of 45 days from today and in turn, said authority is directed to decide it in an objective manner preferably within a period of 120 days. The petitioner would be at liberty to raise all his grievances. It is expected from the authority concerned that the decision would be taken on all the grounds raised by the petitioner in representation. 6.
