JUDGMENT : ALOK ARADHE, J. 1. For the reasons assigned by us in the judgment passed today in W.A. No. 119/2022, we do not find any ground to interfere with the order of the learned Single Judge. 2. In the result, the instant appeal fails and is hereby dismissed.
