Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner informs this Court that the writ petitioner had taken enough steps to bring the existing building in compliance with the sanctioned building plan. She also undertakes that immediate and further necessary action will be taken by the writ petitioner to bring the existing building in full compliance with the sanctioned building plan and she further requires some time to carry out this exercise. 2. In view of the above, without interfering with the impugned orders, the writ petitioner is given three months' time to bring the available 2/5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P(MD)No.2639 of 2022 building in compliance with the sanctioned building plan and upon expiry of those three months, the respondents shall carry out a proper inspection after affording due opportunity to the writ petitioner and based on the outcome of such inspection report, the respondents are at liberty, if any deviation, to continue with further action and if they find the available building on the date of inspection is not in consonance with the sanctioned building plan, carry out further coercive activities, including demolition of the violating structures. 3. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
