Subsequently, the petitioner has filed CMA No.22 of 2021 on the file of the District Judge, Cuddalore, challenging the surcharge proceedings. Hence, he seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition. An endorsement to that effect has also been made in the court bunle. 2.Recording the aforesaid submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
