At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate brought to the knowledge of this Court about the subsequent order dated 12.07.2024 under letter No.9378/AAI/2021-13. 3. In the above proceedings, learned Government Advocate invited the attention of this Court about para 4 wherein i.e. there is a reference about the opportunity of personal hearing given to the petitioner. In such view of the subsequent development, this Court is of the firm view that the present writ petition is not maintainable and hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is given liberty to challenge the order dated 12.07.2024 in letter No.9378/AAI/2021-13 if he has got any grievance over the same.
