Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. This Court has carefully considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record. 3. The above civil revision petition has been filed mainly on the ground that the respondent is attempting to re-litigate the matter and that the entire suit is an abuse of process of law. 4. In the light of the recent judgment of the Hon’ble Apex Court in P.Suresh Vs. D.Kalaivani [reported in 2026 SCC OnLine SC 143], the above civil revision petition is not maintainable. It will be left open to the petitioners to file appropriate application before the Court below and work out their remedy. 5. The above civil revision petition is disposed of in the above terms.
