These Petitions have been filed to condone the delay, set aside the abatement and to bring on record the proposed respondents 6 and 7 namely 1.Jawahar, 2.Kannan, who are the legal representatives of the deceased / 5th respondent Nallusamy, in the above second appeal and to rank them as respondents 6 and 7 in the above S.A.SR.No. 73057 of 2022. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondents and perused the materials available on record. 3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and also considering the submissions made, these petitions are allowed. 4. The Registry is directed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased / 5th respondent Nallusamy, in the above S.A.SR.No. 73057 of 2022 and rank them as respondents 6 and 7.
