This factum has not been seriously disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.Hence, by relying the Full Bench judgment in the case of The Government of Tamil Nadu & 2 Others Vs. R.Kaliamurthy, in W.A.No.158 of 2016 batch cases, the present writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
