On 29/4/2026, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel sought further time to file translated copy of the material documents and hence the matter was posted to 1/7/2026. Even on 1/7/2026, translation copy of the material documents was not filed and hence, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter on 22/7/2026, under the caption “for dismissal”. 3.
