CMP No. 9364 of 2022 __________ Page3 of 4 COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 954 days, 946 days in filing the second appeals and 21 days in bringing on record the legal heirs of the deceased 1st Respondent respectively. 2.Mr.T.S.Baskaran, learned counsel for the petitioner is present and Mr.P.Veeraraghavan, learned counsel for the respondents is absent. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered and the delay of 954 days, 946 days, 21 days and 21 days respectively is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) in respect of each of the Appeals to Mr.P.Veeraraghavan, learned counsel for the respondents within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, these petitions shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court. Registry is directed to number the appeals, if they are otherwise in order.
