Out of love and affection, the petitioner executed a settlement deed in favour of the third respondent vide registered Document No.3052 of 2009 dated 19.06.2009. Thereafter, since the third respondent has failed to take care of the petitioner and further, since the third respondent is attempting to sell the settled property in which both the petitioner and the third respondent are residing, the petitioner has made a complaint under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, before the second respondent and the same was taken on file vide proceedings in ____________ https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.(MD)No.25604 of 2022 Na.Ka.AA/1/6620/2022 dated 02.09.2022. Thereafter, despite the second respondent sending summons to the third respondent, she failed to appear before the second respondent for enquiry and the said complaint is pending consideration.
