The learned counsel for the first and second respondents submits that the tenure of the board expired on 31.08.2023. Since the present Writ Petition was filed challenging a resolution of the board dated 29.08.2022, the relief sought has now become infructuous. 3. In view of the expiry of the board's tenure, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
